Jon and Jeff were an absolute pleasure to have come repair major and many minor cracks in my Momma's Stucco home! They used the very best products and were super fair in their pricing! Jon even found new cracks he hadn't quoted, had to go purchase additional expensive epoxy X 4 but didn't charge me extra! They found every single small crack on 4 sides of my Momma's stucco home including along the bottom at the top of the concrete slab the home rests on. They repaired her planter and put a stone back in place that had come off due to the Ian flooding included in the total price! I really can't recommend these guys enough! I highly recommend them and they were my 5th estimate! I'm SO glad I decided to do a 5th one as their estimate was not a little better but WAY better than all the rest! On top of that, not one of the other contractors that came out to give me an estimate said anything about opening up the even small cracks so that the repair would be permanent and strong! In 2021 new homeowner’s insurance rates became significantly higher if your roof doesn't have specific 'third nail' reinforcement. We contacted LGT Restoration to do the 'third nail' reinforcement. Due to the fact that our home has some vaulted ceilings, we were advised that long 12” wide sections of soffit stucco had to be removed to allow access to the trusses. Our problem was finding someone to do the stucco work. We contacted Jon Amoroso, Diamond Plastering & Restoration LLC. Jon and crew completed this fairly big job for us. To achieve this for our home, Jon came in, cut out sections of our soffits. After LGT Restoration completed their work, Jon replace the stucco and repainted. Every step of the way, from first conversation, to the work of every tech, the service, workmanship and cleanup were exceptional. More than once they went above and beyond expectations to make sure absolutely everything was done on time and professionally. After having been through mold remitigation and not happy with the company that did the job, I was looking for a contractor to repair our outside siding. Diamond Plastering and Restoration came to our attention through a Google search. John the owner came out that evening and explained the situation clearly and gave us a reasonable and affordable estimate. We made arrangements for the following week to start completely covering our wood siding with stucco, which was the most cost effected way to fix our problem. Plus it lasts longer then wood (why builders put wood siding on houses in SW Flordia is beyond me). There were repairs that needed fixing and Diamond Plastering and Restoration had no problem fixing them. When they were finished it looked like a brand new house. While talking with John, I explained we needed drywall put up in the area that was remitigated because I felt the estimate from another contractor was way to high. We were given an estimate by Diamond Plastering and Restoration that was beyond reasonable. A week later was the start date. That's because John had another job and explained he doesn't like to start another job before he's finished the one he's committed to. Wow, I was impressed. So when the job was finally finished (only took 3 days) we, my husband and I, were beyond happy and we were very grateful. An honest and fair market priced company that doesn't over extend themselves just to make more money. What? We had some rain runoff from the roof do some stucco damage, and things were not looking great. Jon answered all my questions during the inspection, and gave great incite into what the problem was. Jon was a great communicator and was a real pleasure to deal with. The work looks great, and they kept the job-site clean. I feel good knowing I now have a partner in the exterior business.
